Stepping into transferability phase

PEFMED crew gathered in Paris to lauch the replication strategy

PEFMED crew gathered in Paris at ANIA premises to assess the state of PEF transition phase and actual situation of validated PEFCR across the numerous companies and agrofood supply chains concerned by the stress tests. Currently, a heap of infosheet have been produced to propose innovative solutions (from technologies to organizative upgrades to analytic tools) that shall be able to support the agrofood sector to mitigate the environmental footprint during the food processing. This represents an outstanding knowledge asset to spread out the partnership during the final 10 months transferability phase. Paris meeting focused, indeed, on the main mechanisms to spark the replication across  new PEFMED approach practitioners, as the goal is to mobilize minds and resources towards the large scale uptake of green options in the Mediterranean agrofood sector.
